Recon Packages

 

  • Phase 1: Surface Recon (Prep) – We utilize industrial diamond grinding to open the concrete pores and remove contaminants, ensuring a permanent mechanical bond.

  • Phase 2: The Foundation (Primer & Base) – A high-solids pigmented epoxy base coat is applied to seal the slab and provide the primary color "background."

  • Phase 3: The Saturation (Flake Broadcast) – We broadcast decorative vinyl flakes to 100% saturation, "rejecting" the wet epoxy to create a dense, textured, and impact-resistant layer.

  • Phase 4: Recovery (Scrape & Clean) – Once cured, the excess flakes are recovered and the surface is mechanically scraped to ensure a uniform, smooth-yet-grippy texture.

  • Phase 5: The Shield (Topcoat) – A premium, UV-stable polyaspartic topcoat is applied to lock in the flakes, providing a crystal-clear, chemical-resistant finish that won't yellow over time.

 

Unlike a "neat" system, the Recon Package uses the flake layer to create a high-traction surface that hides dust, debris, and salt. Assault Package

 

  • Phase 1: Surface Prep – Industrial diamond grinding to achieve a Concrete Surface Profile (CSP) of 2–3, ensuring the foundation is ready for maximum adhesion.

  • Phase 2: Base Coat & Initial Broadcast – Application of a high-strength epoxy primer followed by the first "broadcast to refusal" of the specialized quartz granules.

  • Phase 3: The Second Wave – Once cured, excess quartz is swept, and a second high-build layer of resin is applied, followed by a second full broadcast of quartz to double the system's thickness and durability.

  • Phase 4: Recovery & Grout Coat – Removal of excess granules and application of a clear "grout coat" to lock the quartz in place while maintaining the desired texture.

  • Phase 5: Final Defense – A heavy-duty, chemical-resistant topcoat is applied to seal the system against moisture, oils, and extreme wear.

Spec Ops Package

 

  • Phase 1: Deep Infiltration (Prep) – Precision diamond grinding to create a perfectly clean, porous surface for the epoxy to "lock" into.

  • Phase 2: The Black-Out (Primer/Base) – Application of a solid-color base coat (usually black) to act as a canvas. This deepens the metallic effect and ensures the colors "pop" with maximum contrast.

  • Phase 3: The Metallic Deployment – We mix specialized metallic pigments into a clear, high-build resin. This is poured and spread using notched squeegees or rollers.

  • Phase 4: Tactical Manipulation – While the resin is fluid, we use "intervention" techniques—solvents, air flow, or specialized rollers—to move the pigments, creating the unique veining and marbled effects.

  • Phase 5: The Glass Shield – A high-gloss, UV-resistant topcoat is applied to protect the art and provide a mirror-like finish that is easy to sanitize.
